Charlie Hoad

Charlie, a native of England,  found his way to Cape Cod in 2012. Charlie joined in his family's venture to East Orleans when his parents opened a Bed and Breakfast. There was no looking back for Charlie after he experienced his first Cape Cod summer!

His deep-rooted love for the outdoors and horticulture, sparked his initial foray into the industry. While employed by a prestigious landscape and gardening company on Cape Cod, Charlie discovered his knack for meticulous care of client’s properties. This attention to detail caught the eye of homeowners, who later entrusted him with the year-round care of their properties.

Charlie’s career led him to Boston where he managed condo associations and commercial buildings - including overseeing New England's first fully automated garage system (Check out Charlie’s Chronicle debut!!). Despite his success in Boston, Charlie’s love for the Cape drew him back home to the coasts off East Orleans! His passion for property management, landscaping/gardening and exceptional service drove him to start Hoad Associates. Providing comprehensive property management services to property and businesses owners on Cape Cod.
